Background
ndau was created in 2015 by the ndau Collective with an ambitious vision: to build a new category of digital currency optimized as a long-term store of value. The Axiom Foundation was established as the creator of ndau, and Oneiro was contracted to build the ndau wallet and blockchain software. The MainNet blockchain went live in 2019 and has since grown to over 19,000 active holders.
Despite the dedication of the community and the innovative design of ndau, the token has not achieved the market traction that was hoped for. The primary challenge has been a lack of utility. As the cryptocurrency market evolved, it became clear that ndau needed deeper integration with emerging technologies such as Web3 and EVM-compatible blockchains to truly succeed. Without compelling use cases and applications, ndau has struggled to attract new users and maintain relevance in an increasingly competitive market.
This proposal presents a path forward: a transition to the Revolution Network, a new Layer 2 blockchain built for the creator economy and Real World Asset (RWA) tokenization. This transition offers ndau holders the opportunity to convert their holdings to REVO tokens and participate in an ecosystem with real, active utility.
The Opportunity: Revolution Network
Revolution is a high-performance Layer 2 blockchain built on ZKSync and secured by Ethereum. It is designed from the ground up to empower creators, communities, and enterprises with a new model of digital ownership.
Why Revolution?
Revolution addresses the very challenges that limited ndau’s growth. It offers a robust ecosystem with multiple applications, partnerships, and a clear roadmap for the future.
Programmable Staking. Revolution introduces the world’s first staking-powered business model. Unlike traditional staking, which offers only passive yield, Programmable Staking allows creators, brands, and platforms to build custom staking tiers. Users can stake their REVO tokens to unlock exclusive content, perks, and rewards – all without giving up ownership of their tokens. This creates a dynamic, utility-driven economy.
Creator Economy Focus. The platform is built specifically for the creator economy. Amped.bio, the flagship application on Revolution, is a next-generation link-in-bio tool that allows creators to build their own economies. Creators can launch Reward Pools, offer memberships, and engage their audiences in entirely new ways. Importantly, creators keep 100% of their earnings.
Real World Asset (RWA) Tokenization. Revolution is designed to bring real-world assets onto the blockchain.
Low-Cost, High-Performance Transactions. As a Layer 2 solution using zero-knowledge proofs, Revolution offers transaction costs of less than $0.01 while maintaining the security guarantees of Ethereum.
Verifiable Onchain Identity. The Revolution Name Service (RNS) provides verifiable, privacy-preserving identity onchain, unlocking new possibilities for creator-driven experiences and compliant trading of tokenized assets.
The REVO Token
The REVO token is the native utility token of the Revolution Network. It powers every layer of the ecosystem:

The Proposal
The Revolution Association is making 100 million REVO tokens available for this conversion. In return and on completion of the conversion the Axiom Foundation has agreed to transfer the assets in its endowment to the Revolution Association and/or Amplify Labs. This represents 10% of the REVO treasury and demonstrates a significant commitment to welcoming the ndau community into the Revolution ecosystem.
This single proposal encompasses all necessary steps for the transition. A vote to APPROVE is a vote for all of the following components:
Token Conversion. All ndau holders will convert their ndau tokens (including locked ndau) to REVO tokens at a fixed rate of 1 ndau = 6.872 REVO. This conversion rate has been determined by dividing the number of ndau tokens in circulation on March 20, 2026 (14,551,363 ndau) into 100 million.
Conversion Window. EAI will be terminated and the conversion window will be open for a period of six (6) months from the date of a successful vote. This extended timeframe is designed to ensure that all ndau holders, regardless of their activity level, have ample opportunity to participate in the conversion.
Shutdown of the ndau Blockchain. Upon the successful completion of the six-month conversion period, the ndau blockchain will be shut down.
Conclusion
This proposal represents a new beginning for the ndau community. While ndau was a great concept, the market has evolved. The transition to Revolution Network offers ndau holders the opportunity to capture value from their original purchase and participate in an ecosystem with real utility, active development, and a clear vision for the future.

This proposal will be open for voting from 11am Eastern March 23rd 2026 to 11am Eastern April 9th 2026. All voting will be conducted on the BPC DAO Voting Portal.
